Sports Injuries are part of sports in which sportsperson get an injury during activities or exercise. Every professional sportsperson or non-professional sportsperson face sports injuries when they play any sports or do any exercise. Some common Sports Injuries 

 1. Strain - Strain is a very common sports injuries in sports. This Injury is due to overstretching or tearing of muscles. Fibrous cords of cords connect from bone to muscles. It is a result of a sprain

2. Sprain- Sprain is also very common in sports injuries in sports. This Injury is due to tearing and overstretching of ligaments.

3. Knee Injuries- Injury that occurs in knees is a knee injury and this happens due to overstretching of muscles in knee.
4. Swollen muscles- It is a natural phenomenon after injury. This injury pain very much.
5.Fracture- When any bone of the body break or crack is known to fracture.
6. Dislocation- It is a Sports injury. when the bone dislocated from its original position then it is called Dislocation. This injury is very painful.


Sports Injuries Treatment


The common treatment is RICE treatment. It is a very helpful and very secure treatment. Through this treatment, Most of the Injuries heel up and reduce pain. 

RICE stands for:-
a. Rest
b. Ice
c. Compression
d.Elevation
RICE method, It helps to reduce swelling in the early days after the injury.

Medication is one of the ways of treatment of Sports Injuries. It helps to relieve pain and swelling.

Injuries Prevention

Various Sports injuries and Treatment Warm-up is the best way to prevent Injuries. Cold Muscles will start to tears and become more flexible.  They absorb movements, jerks, making injury less.
